Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Mobile apps are certainly more expensive, but they can give you much more data collection and monetization options than web apps. But remember that sooner or later you might need a mobile app as well as a web app, and when that moment comes, we're here for you :)
In order to give you an accurate answer, we need to prepare a project scope and create a budget. We will tell you how much of that scope can be completed within budget and how long it will take, we will be able to estimate after at least a month of work. Don't worry, if you are not satisfied with our work after two weeks, you can withdraw from the project without penalty, this is our trial period and we believe that every reliable software house should provide you with it.
We hope the app is exactly what you dreamed of :) But in addition to delivering the finished product, we are happy to provide technical support and app maintenance if you need it. After all, we know our jobs inside out. Of course, if you want to manage the application yourself, the source code and all the technical data are at your disposal, but even then, don't hesitate to contact us if you need help.
